Encouraging the development of positive and healthy minds.

Each session, spend time exploring words and phrases that support a healthy mind through discussion and creative art.

Using a range of arts and craft materials each week.

Focusing on a new aspect each week we will encourage and practice mindfulness and produce an individual artwork piece which can be taken home kept and hopefully be revisited to support your own mindfulness in the future.

Attend individual sessions or come every week and build your art into a ‘Personalised Positive and Heathly Mind Scrapbook’

Home Ed Family Session for 7yrs + (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)

This is an individual session priced at £15 (the course of 4 weeks can be booked at a discounted price of £50 if booked by 23.01.25 – the dates for this are: 24th January, 31st January, 7th February & 14th February)
