A single session using the LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential or WeDo 2.0 robotics and coding kits. This session is part of a 6 week course  where each week the participants will complete a different set build with these great kits. Each build build is based on a different theme and explores a range of different components and build combinations with the opportunity to code a variety of different, fun and moving robotic solutions.

With colourful LEGO® elements, a simple coding progression and intelligent hardware, these engaging LEGO kits make STEM learning fun. The SPIKE™ Essential kit has a playful, narrative-based learning experience where children are encouraged to investigate STEM concepts while contributing to literacy, math, and social-emotional development. The WeDo 2.0 kit encourages children to investigate, model and design a variety of STEM based solutions. Many of the builds completed with this kit introduce a range of different mechanical components and concepts.

SPIKE™ Essential excites children and delivers strong STEAM learning outcomes, developing their STEAM knowledge and practices, and 21st century skills.

The WeDo 2.0 engages the learner in science by making it real and relevant whilst developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ages: 6yrs – 12yrs
